An angel (with saucers)

a trumpet.

or snoozes.
You could do this too.
(he says the poem and does the movements before going to sleep.
He is learning to coordinate simultaneously the movements in hands, feet and voice, A drummer who sings would also do this. It is not easy even for adults but he is at an age to begin to learn)
